I should have gone deeper into detail, I apologize. I utilized Facebook advertising which is fairly inexpensive and you get excellent results. Lulu also sets your book for global distribution so it shows up on Amazon, B&N, etc as long as the cover and everything fits their standards. Once you are on those platforms and you gain a little bit of traction people will realize that your book is not some joke. I also priced my book incredibly cheap, to where my profit for each book was only $1.72. But when you are self publishing you have to give them a good deal or they won’t buy your book.
